The Confederates fielded 642 infantry regiments during the course of the Civil War.

This regiment is in winter clothing, which unlike Union troops, was usually a bit more ad hoc and "needs must" clothing.

During the American Civil War the Union formed over two thousand infantry regiments, the majority being "Volunteer" regiments.

This regiment are in greatcoats, perfect for the winter campaigns.
